A circuit class designed to target all major muscle groups, working with short rest times to make sure the body is working at a high intensity.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION

• Please choose equipment for class, all equipment will be sanitised before each class but sanitise if preferred
• Choose a position with a ×, this will be your place during the class
• At the end of class please sanitise your equipment and return to storage area
• There will be no water fountains available, please bring your own water/drinks
• No towels or gloves are permitted, please use blue towel
• There will be no lockers, changing facilities or showers available
• Please come ready for your class as there is not storage for any personal items
• For outdoor classes please wear suitable clothing and footwear

The Best of Both class delivers two great classes in one session.  A cardio workout mixed in with Resistance Circuits, providing you with a full body workout.

Strengthen and tone your whole body! You will swing, lunge and squat your way to a more toned body whilst improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in our Kettlebells class. Come join a class and get to grips with a kettlebell, and find out why it’s a powerful tool for improving your fitness and overall body composition.  No previous experience is required.

An intense cycling cardio workout, that caters to participants of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Each participant will be able to choose the level they work out at by adjusting the bike to suit their goals.

Combines traditional and non-traditional bodyweight exercises with resistance training.

Moving more can be a challenge but our new, Move Together 12 week program can help you keep more active and feel more energised.

If you haven’t exercised before or for a while, don’t worry as this gentle class is suitable for everyone and allows you to move at an intensity that’s right for you. Getting more active can increase energy levels, reduce your risk of falls, boost your mood/ wellbeing, make new friends, help maintain a healthy weight and lead a more independent life.

This fun 45 minute class takes place in a safe and welcoming environment and is led by our experienced instructors who will support and encourage you throughout the session.

This class will tighten and tone Legs, Bum and Tums with a variety of exercises designed to help sculpt and shape those hard-to-target areas.

Box fit is a high energy 45 minute class,  based on various traditional boxing drills and sequences, resulting in an excellent whole body workout.
