This is a great workout for anyone looking to tone up, get fitter and most importantly get stronger.

You choose your own weights to work with which should be aimed towards a light to moderate resistance.  This will allow you to achieve high repetitions to help stimulate your muscles to help achieve that toned look.

This workout will target all of your major muscle groups and our instructors will be right there to help guide you through all of the moves in a safe way.
