HIIT has it all! This High-Intensity Interval Training set, designed to give an effective full body workout using short bursts of exercise over the class duration of 45 mins.  No previous experience is required.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION

  • Please choose equipment for class, all equipment will be sanitised before each class but sanitise if preferred
  • Choose a position with a × , this will be your place during the class
  • At the end of class please sanitise your equipment and return to storage area
  • There will be no water fountains available, please bring your own water/drinks
  • No towels or gloves are permitted, please use blue towel
  • There will be no lockers, changing facilities or showers available
  • Please come ready for your class as there is not storage for any personal items
  • For outdoor classes please wear suitable clothing and footwear
