A circuit class designed to target all major muscle groups, working with short rest times to make sure the body is working at a high intensity.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION

  • Please choose equipment for class, all equipment will be sanitised before each class but sanitise if preferred
  • Choose a position with a ×, this will be your place during the class
  • At the end of class please sanitise your equipment and return to storage area
  • There will be no water fountains available, please bring your own water/drinks
  • No towels or gloves are permitted, please use blue towel
  • There will be no lockers, changing facilities or showers available
  • Please come ready for your class as there is not storage for any personal items
  • For outdoor classes please wear suitable clothing and footwear
