Get in the saddle and take a fitness journey that will keep you toned and burn calories. Torque indoor cycling is a great workout that will have you racing towards a fitter body. You might be on stationary bike, but this workout will take you through the mountains, along fast flats and over rolling hills, in a workout designed to optimise fat burning and muscle building. All you need to do is start pedalling.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION 

  • Members should mount and dismount bikes from the right hand side
  • Bikes should be sanitised after use and before if desired.
  • The sanitiser should be sprayed onto the cloths not directly onto the bikes
  • There will be no water fountains available, please bring your own water/drinks
  • No towels or gloves are permitted, please use blue towel
  • There will be no lockers, changing facilities or showers available
  • Please come ready for your class as there is not storage for any personal items
