An intense cycling cardio workout, that caters to participants of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Each participant will be able to choose the level they work out at by adjusting the bike to suit their goals. No previous experience is required.

IMPORTANT CLASS INFORMATION 

  • Members should mount and dismount bikes from the right hand side
  • Bikes should be sanitised after use and before if desired.
  • The sanitiser should be sprayed onto the cloths not directly onto the bikes
  • There will be no water fountains available, please bring your own water/drinks
  • No towels or gloves are permitted, please use blue towel
  • There will be no lockers, changing facilities or showers available
  • Please come ready for your class as there is not storage for any personal items
