When you arrive at your nearest library you may be required to queue and we would therefore politely ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Once at the library foyer/entrance only one family/household member should enter to return the library books. You will then be asked to place the books in the trolley/box provided for book returns.

Please note that your books will be placed into a 72 hour quarantine and may not appear returned on your ticket for several days after quarantine.

We currently have 14000 books out on loan to library members so if possible, we would ask that you return your books prior to 14th September. This will allow us time to process returned books and offer an even better Click and Collect service once we move to Phase 2.

Remember you can return your library books to any of the opened branches however members of libraries that remain closed and are unable to visit any of the libraries listed above, will have their books renewed automatically.

Thank you to all our library members for your continued support throughout these uncertain times. We are looking forward to seeing all of you once we are able to fully open again ensuring the safety of our staff and members of our library family.

Any enquiries should be sent by email to enquiries@liveargyll.co.uk
