Classes are led by specially trained instructors, exercises are adaptable to provide an individualised physical activity programme. Our instructors are always on hand to offer you guidance and support throughout.
Macmillan Move More

LiveArgyll is working in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support to develop Move More across Argyll and Bute. Move More Scotland is part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s national campaign to support people living with and beyond cancer to find an activity that is right for them. The programme aims to ensure that people living with cancer are supported to become physically active, both before, during and after treatment. Our ArgyllActive instructors have undergone specialised training to support people living with cancer in our circuit-based classes. Our Move More development officer is dedicated to offering one to one support and advice to people living with cancer to enjoy becoming more physically active.

Cardiac rehab is a supervised program designed to improve your cardiovascular health if you have experienced heart attack, heart failure, and angioplasty or heart surgery.
Falls Prevention

Doing regular gentle exercises can improve your strength and balance and reduce your risk of having a fall. LiveArgyll offer specialist training programmes for older people. You can ask your GP to refer you to a LiveArgyll training programme in your area. It’s important that a strength and balance training programme is tailored to the individual and monitored by an appropriately trained professional.
