Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is suitable for everyone but probably most beneficial for those with any balance or mobility issues.  It can be a surprisingly challenging form of yoga where we work on the arms, back and legs from the comfort of a chair but also as relaxing and restorative as you make it.  Then we do a little balance work and leg stretching if you are able and comfortable to do so and always end with a nice meditation so we leave feeling stretched and calm.
