Mid Argyll Sports Centre

Mid Argyll Sports Centre is a multi-use dry sports facility that serves Lochgilphead High School and the general public of Mid Argyll. There is a large games hall that holds four badminton courts and can be used for a wide range of indoor sports and activities including indoor football, badminton, indoor tennis, soft/short tennis, basketball, netball, Karate and Muay Thai. Rackets are available for hire.

The gymnasium is the smallest hall in the centre and is where the vast majority of our fitness classes take place. The hall is also used by Muay Thai, Karate, dance groups and Mid Argyll Badminton Club. It is an ideal area to practice basketball, netball and table tennis.

The dance studio is used for our very popular Fusion and Indoor Cycling sessions. Members of the centre can also use this room for cooling down and stretching after a hard session in the fitness area. The dance studio is custom-built for dance and movement classes with two mirrored walls and rails to aid posture, balance and body alignment.

Mid Argyll Sports Centre has one fast-playing hard wall squash court with sprung wooden floor. Please note that squash court prices are based on 45 minute sessions. Squash Leagues run from September over the winter.
