Qualifying Criteria – LiveArgyll Leisure Concession   

 

The qualifying criteria below relates only to pay as you go customers and cannot be applied when taking out membership.

The following proof of eligibility must be produced by customers who wish to apply for a concession card. Cards must be shown on each visit to receive the concession.

** A concession card is not required for children under 16/over 60’s.

Please note users will be asked to show proof of eligibility at least every 12 months. Evidence produced should be dated within the last 3 months, bank statements.

Children under 16 Request date of birth
Full time students Proof of College or University clearly showing they are attending college/university on a full time basis such as letter or student discount card.
Care experienced young people (up to the age of 25) Letter from HSCP
Families accessing support from Homestart Services or Let’s Grow Kids UK Argyll Letter/card from Homestart or Let’s Grow Kids UK Argyll

Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance (Income Based) or Employment and Support Allowance (Income Related)

Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit

Current letter or statement from Department Work and Pensions

Universal credit

*monthly take home pay must be less than £610

 

Child Tax Credit but not Working Tax Credit (Income should not exceed £16,105)

 

Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit (Income should not exceed £6,420)

If you are bringing a carer with you to the gym or swimming pool, please complete the new carer registration form and send to enquiries@liveargyll.co.uk and advise the facility at the time of booking so that we can adhere to maximum capacities within the building as well as for track and trace purposes. If you have any specific requirements for your visit please discuss these with the facility directly.
