Memberships/Direct Debits

 

Should a member wish to cancel their membership Direct Debit, they can do so by contacting their bank directly, local facility, or by emailing their details and cancellation request to LAmemberships@liveargyll.co.uk

If a previous member sets up a new membership they will be required to pay the pro-rata interim payment, and any outstanding fees prior to the new membership being activated.

Refunds

Membership refunds will only be given in circumstances where our error has resulted in membership fees being collected.

Facility Hire

 

Cancellation by liveArgyll

  • liveArgyll reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change any booking or event at any time prior to its commencement and to refuse admission to the event or facility, or to reject an application of facility hire
  • liveArgyll reserve the right to change or cancel activities. Reasonable notice will be given where possible
  • liveArgyll will not be responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of a cancelled or rescheduled event
  • There is no entitlement to a refund where liveArgyll is forced to cancel part or all of an event due to reasons beyond our control. However, refunds may be given at liveArgyll’s discretion.

 

Cancellation by the Hirer

Main Hall/Theatre/One off event hires

  • If the hire is cancelled less than 1 month in advance of the hire date, a 100% charge may be levied
  • If the hire is cancelled within 4-8 weeks in advance of the hire date, a 50% charge may be levied
  • If the hire is cancelled more than 2 months in advance of the hire date, a 25% administration charge may be levied
