Welcome to Helensburgh & Lomond LivingWell Network’s FREE community event, where we hope you come along and try something new if you wish, or at least enjoy a delicious cake from the Gingerbread Man, watch the Line Dancers and hear from the various groups in Helensburgh that contribute toward our wellbeing.

Our aim is to create a friendly event where everyone feels they are welcome to come along and try something that we hope will benefit your wellbeing in some way….one cake won’t hurt!

• Tour and Try the Gym 3pm or 3.30pm or 4pm

Join the lovely Healthy Walk at 3pm, leaving from the Leisure Centre it will not be very taxing and is lead by trained staff from Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Countryside Trust. This is also an opportunity hear from some of the helpful and welcoming groups operating in your area that you may need now or at some point in the future.
