Sunshine on Leith

Oban’s Spotlight Musical Theatre Group returns after their sold-out production of 9 to 5 The Musical with this heartfelt musical written by Stephen Greenhorn in 2007 for the Dundee Rep Ensemble and features the songs of The Proclaimers.

Sunshine on Leith follows the highs and lows of Ally and his friend Davy as they search for normality after returning from a tour in Afghanistan. Families, friendships and life are not all plain sailing in this funny and moving story about love and life.

The show runs at the Corran Halls from Wednesday 5th – Saturday 8th March 2025. Doors open at 7pm with curtain up at 7.30pm each night.

This show is recommended for age 12+. Contains depictions of war, depictions of illness/hospitalisation, and occasional strong language.
