Holly’s Story

I began my fitness journey almost a year ago. I was stuck in a bit of a rut and needed to change up what I had tried and failed at many times before.

I began with the early morning classes a couple times a week . As I got more comfortable, I got more interested in the gym. One of the instructors spoke to me about my goals and set me up with a workout plan. My goal was to basically lose fat and gain muscle.

All the instructors have been great motivators and always happy to offer advice. It’s been a true learning curve and my whole attitude to how I workout and fuel my body has changed. Also having more patience – patience is key.

I’m still the same weight but my physique is different. I’ve still a lot of work to do but I have faith that the liveArgyll instructors will get me there. I’ve gone from someone who sat about doing nothing, to someone who gets up and works out 5 mornings a week, with the addition of some evening classes too. I’ve particularly enjoyed spin, Pilates and boxing. I have so much more energy and motivation now. Definitely a more positive mental attitude.
