Qualifying Criteria

The qualifying criteria below relates only to pay as you go customers and cannot be applied when taking out membership.

The following proof of eligibility must be produced by customers who wish to apply for a concession card. Cards must be shown on each visit to receive the concession.

** A concession card is not required for children under 16/over 60’s.

Please note users will be asked to show proof of eligibility at least every 12 months. Evidence produced should be dated within the last 3 months, bank statements.

If you are bringing a carer with you to the gym or swimming pool, please complete the new carer registration form and send to enquiries@liveargyll.co.uk and advise the facility at the time of booking so that we can adhere to maximum capacities within the building as well as for track and trace purposes. If you have any specific requirements for your visit please discuss these with the facility directly.

Qualifying Criteria – liveArgyll Junior Concession

The following proof of eligibility must be produced by customers who wish to receive a Junior Concession for Holiday Camps and Sports Development Sessions. Proof must be shown at the start of a camp or block of activity.

Evidence produced should be dated within the last 3 months, bank statements.
