Welcome to Helensburgh & Lomond LivingWell Network’s FREE community event, where we hope you come along and try something new if you wish, or at least enjoy a delicious cake from the Gingerbread Man, watch the Line Dancers and hear from the various groups in Helensburgh that contribute toward our wellbeing.
Our aim is to create a friendly event where everyone feels they are welcome to come along and try something that we hope will benefit your wellbeing in some way….one cake won’t hurt!
Enjoy seeing Huggy the Therapy Pony from Hugs of Argyll or join Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Countryside Trusts’ Walk in the Park for our volunteer led health walk. Joining a health walk is not only a good way to boost your mental health but also a great for your social wellbeing and helps to connect you with nature and your community. Our friendly and social walks are suitable for all abilities including those living with Dementia and their carers.
