We have two pools for our customers to enjoy: a teaching pool and a main, 25m pool.
Our teaching pool is perfect for parents with young children. It is ideal for splashing around or learning your first strokes!
Our main pool is 25m long, making it a great place for a nice relaxing swim or a more difficult workout. It also caters for a variety of fun activities such as kayaking, water aerobics, children’s fun sessions and much more.
Riverside Pool is also the home of Dunoon Amateur Swimming Club.
As we live in an area that is surrounded by water, swimming is a skill that every child should have the opportunity to learn as it could save a life! Swimming is a great activity that can be enjoyed by anyone at any age and it also allows you to enjoy other water based activities throughout your life. We offer lessons for the following groups: adult and toddler; rookie lifeguard; children aged 3 and over; and adults.
Looking for the perfect way to relax and unwind? Why not visit our health suite which has a sauna with dry heat. This helps with the cleansing and detoxification of the body. A visit to the steam room with humid heat is excellent for skin hydration. Then relax in our spa bath to leave you feeling massaged and invigorated all over. The health suite has private changing facilities, lockers, toilets, shower area and water cooler, with loungers nearby on which to lie back and relax. There is also easy access to the swimming pool if you fancy a quick dip to cool off.
The health suite is available to those aged 18 and over.
